Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Client Services Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will become an expert in Valitana’s CLO Analytics platform, providing exceptional support to our clients and prospects. You will help clients maximize the platform’s potential, guide them through its features, and assist in resolving their unique needs.
A successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong grasp of financial concepts, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and ideas. Proficiency with Excel is essential, and familiarity with Python and APIs is a plus.

- Deliver high-quality support to Valitana’s clients and prospects.
- Provide guidance to users on leveraging Valitana’s platforms effectively.
- Create and maintain detailed video tutorials and written guides for platform features.
- Analyze financial metrics and identify ways to improve data presentation.
- Develop Excel sheets for client-specific needs using the Valitana plugin for data integration and calculations.
- Assist clients in uploading and managing data within Valitana’s platforms.
- Build custom metrics for clients using Python, as needed.
- Support clients via multiple channels, including web, Excel, and API integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client requests.
- Quick learner, especially when it comes to understanding complex financial concepts.
- Competence in combining data to create tailored metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- General familiarity with financial concepts, particularly CLOs or CMBS.
- Experience in client support roles.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with accessing and managing data via APIs.
