Position Overview

We seek a talented Technical Client Services Analyst to join our team. The individual in this role will become an expert in Valitana’s CLO Analytics platform, providing white glove support to our clients and prospects. Helping clients maximize the platform’s potential, guide them through its features, and provide solutions for their unique needs.

Responsibilities
 
  • Deliver high-quality support to Valitana’s clients and prospects via multiple channels, including Web, Excel, and API integrations.
  • Provide effective guidance to users on leveraging Valitana’s platforms.
  • Create and maintain detailed video tutorials and written guides for platform features.
  • Analyze financial metrics and identify ways to improve data presentation.
  • Develop excel sheets for client-specific needs using the Valitana plugin for data integration and calculations.
  • Assist clients in uploading and managing data within Valitana’s platforms and build custom metrics for clients using Python, as needed.
Qualifications
 
  • 1-3+ years of professional work experience being client-facing.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • The ability to comprehend complex financial concepts with general familiarity of CLO or CMBS.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

What We Offer

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. Valitana offers a competitive compensation package which includes base salary and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, healthcare with medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, and PTO.

Employees in this role will work in the office Mondays through Wednesdays with the flexibility to work remotely Thursdays and Fridays.
